Step 2 – Download and complete forms
Upon signing up, you will automatically receive an e-mail acknowledgement of your registration, and at the same time include a link which you will be able to down load the required information and documents. Within 24 hours, an SMSF audit specialist will contact you and discuss about your audit needs;
Step 3 – Send us your completed forms & documents
Upon completion of step 2 (ie, when you have all the documents ready for audit), please provide us with the completed forms and documents needed for our audit through any one of the following channel:
a. The simplest and safest way -
Scan and attached both the completed documents and also the required documents through our secured site. Upon completion of your submission, you will receive an acknowledgement of your submission; or
b. E-mail the documents you have completed to info@smsf-audit.com.au ; or
c. Fax me the documents through at 08-9370-1052;
d. Mail me the documents or disc to the following address

Step 4 – Confirmations & other documents
In certain unique situations, there may be additional procedures or documents that are necessary, we will advise you in advance if such additional procedures or documents are needed.
